Kelly's Badminton Tournament

Photos from her badminton tournament at 南华. Didn't win but fought hard.

Kelly took her first MRT trip from Clementi to Buona Vista station yesterday! She had Macdonalds breakfast with her classmate at Clementi Mall and took a train to her chinese tuition at Confucius Centre. After tuition, they had their lunch - her first private lunch (Yakitori) with her friend, as far as I can remember.. - back at Clementi Mall.

Milky, our second rabbit

We got another 🐰. Yeah! And we decided to call her Milky. Mama found her on a website and thought she may be one that we were looking for. She was posted for adoption, the owner had too many rabbits. The rabbits are breeding more than she can cope. Collected her yesterday night from Bukit Timah. Once we saw her, it was love at first sight. The kids loved 😍 her too. She is 7 weeks old. Owner said her she was born on 5 August. We decided to bring her home. Milky, welcome to our family 👪. Hope we will have many happy moments together.

Happy Birthday Kacy

Happy Birthday darling. Hope you enjoy the balloon and the time we spent together on your 9th birthday 🎂. Love you baby 👶.

Rabbit 🐰

She came into our family in June 2016. Saw her at a pet shop and immediately the kids and Jenny 😍 her. The shop keeper said that her birthday is on 17 March 2016. Don't know if it's true or not. That will make her a Pisces - same as me. We decided to call her Baby. As we welcomed her into the family, she was initially very nervous, but grew closer to me and Jenny. Maybe because I am the one who feed her 'hamburger' very morning. And Jenny is the one who groom and clear her poo 💩 everyday.

Perth

Family trip to Perth. Tiring but memorable. One of the few instance that we travelled together, old and young. Hope we we can do this more often.

Kelly's SSPA swimming test

She took part in the 50m and 100m freestyle. During training, she just barely make making the passing time for both events. Luckily, she passed both test today - 57s for 50m and 2 min 12 seconds for 100m. She is a bit grumpy before the swim. The sun was scorching hot and i guessed she was nervous. Good job Kelly.: )

Gifted Education Programme (GEP)

Kelly on her way to Rulang Primary School to take the second GEP selection test. Every year 4000 pupils are selected to take the GEP selection test and only 500 (top 1% of the cohort) are selected. She eventually did not get in to the GEP but we are still proud of you. I am also relief because getting into GEP means lots of stress and hard work for her and I am not sure if she can cope. It also means she needs to leave her friends in Pei Tong and join a school with a GEP programme. We are more than happy that she is able to cope with school work, so far. And she enjoy going to school. Keep up the good work Kelly: )
